If you have encountered any problems during your doctoral studies or have questions about your rights as a doctoral student, you can contact the Doctoral Student Ombud. The ombud is hired by the DSU and is not connected to the university. You can get support via e-mail, Zoom, phone, or in person. The ombud can also join you in meetings with your supervisor or management to support you, if you wish. They can assist you in contacting other parties, such as the labour union or other agencies, as needed. Support is available to all doctoral students at Malmö University, regardless of DSU membership.
